Coordinate assignments, support tracers, review quality, and manage escalations.

Expected qualifications

Prior contact tracing, case management, or call-center supervision experience
Coaching and quality review skills
Sound judgment on escalation

Reporting and Data Coordinators

Prepare activity and performance reports, validate data, and reconcile records.

Expected qualifications

Spreadsheet and reporting proficiency
Attention to data quality and validation
Understanding of confidentiality requirements

Surge Response Contractors

Join time-limited engagements during outbreaks or increased workloads.

Expected qualifications

Availability for short-notice, time-limited assignments
Ability to complete onboarding and training quickly
Communication and documentation skills

All personnel sign confidentiality agreements, access only information required for assigned work, use only approved systems and devices, and report privacy or security concerns immediately.

Training requirements

Before assignment, personnel complete training in contact-tracing fundamentals, structured interviewing, confidentiality, privacy and data security, documentation, escalation procedures, and client-specific workflows.
