For general situational awareness only — not for clinical, travel, or public-health decision-making. Data comes from WHO and CDC public sources (linked below), updates on their schedules, and is not produced or verified by TraceCare Health. "Major/Minor" is a display grouping explained below, not an official WHO grading.

How to read this map
- Major: high-consequence diseases (e.g., Ebola, Marburg, Nipah, MERS, avian influenza, mpox, hantavirus, or illness of unknown cause) or 3+ WHO reports on the same event in 12 months. Minor: all other WHO outbreak reports.
- H1N1 now circulates as seasonal influenza A. It is included in the CDC "Influenza A" wastewater level, alongside H3N2 and H5.
- Wastewater levels show how much virus is detected in sewage compared with each site's baseline. They are not case counts.
- Many countries no longer report COVID-19 cases to WHO every week, so gray does not mean zero.
